Due to the nature of my product, I am not able to refund or except returns. Please keep in mind, color can vary and may not be exactly as shown due to the lighting variation between computer monitors. Products sold are made fresh and are meant to be used within within a reasonable amount of time. Bath and body products can discolor over time and are best when used within three months of purchase.
If a product is damaged or defective at my fault, I will do my best to make it right. I am willing to work with my customers and appreciate positive feedback. If there is a problem with your purchase, please do me the courtesy of messaging me first to resolve the issue rather than leaving negative feedback.

Please check ingredient list before you purchase. As with any bath and body product, there is always a chance of allergic reaction. Most products in this shop contain nut oil such as almond. Use at your own risk.
Keep in mind during warm weather months, product may have access oil rise to the top in the container. Simply refrigerate for 15 minutes and gently stir to mix oil into the sugar scrub.
All products are nicely packaged with spatula for application and securely packaged with bubble wrap,tissue paper, or packing peanuts. I do take custom orders so if there is a specific way or idea you have on gift wrapping convo. me and I can make it special for you.
